Mal Lugar para una emergencia o resolver algo de manar rápida. Eso es triste What a pity that this MEXICAN bank in this branch brought out the worst of what could be called service. Excellent service from all over the Personal, the manager is very friendly, the cashiers always attend you in a cordial way and the shift system is excellent for those of us who have an account at Banorte!

A	Alcala & Barcenas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio de los ejecutivos de escritorio, de 5 escritorios solo trabajaban 2 porque un tercero, se fue la tipa a desayunar y regreso a los 50 minutos, estando llena la sucursal, pues la mayoria ibamos con un ejecutivo, las cajas vacías, todos esperábamos a un ejecutivo, me queje con la subgerente y solo decía que checaria la tardanza, más tarde nos juntamos varios clientes a inconformarnos y le valio, una tipa despota, ella se la pasó la hora y media que espere, platicando con otro tipo, en lugar de apoyar y atender a tanta gente que esperábamos. Poor service from the desk executives, out of 5 desks only 2 worked because a third, the girl left for breakfast and returned after 50 minutes, the branch being full, since most of us went with an executive, the boxes were empty, we all waited to an executive, I complained to the assistant manager and she only said that she would check the delay, later we got together several clients to disagree and it was worth her, a despicable woman, she spent the hour and a half waiting, talking with another guy, in place to support and serve as many people as we expected.

Y que no tienen gerente para ablar con el. Son groseras las personas que trabajan ahi y nada más tienen un ejecutivo deverian de cerrar mejor Fatal service. They do not let you enter the branch if you do not have a telephone with watsat. And with credit. The fat woman at the entrance says it's a requirement. And they don't have a manager to talk to him. The people who work there are rude and they just have an executive who should close better

Instead of standing out from the rest with an excellent service, they mess it up worse. They honour their favorite color: red, it's a 'Red Tape' bank, very bureaucratic bank. It's a real shame, shame on them.
