No entiendo como en la página dice que abren 8:30 cuando abren hasta que su gana se les da, pero no sean las 4:00 por que bye ni un minuto más

El servicio es pésimo. Los ejecutivos son déspotas y groseros, te avientan tu IFE. Siempre están platicando y te atienden hasta que quieren.

Lugar muy peligroso, el domingo 12 de enero me despojaron a la fuerza de mi tarjeta de débito a las 4:35 pm, y al oponerme me la devolvió pero, me devolvió una tarjeta que no era la mía, me robaron en menos de 10 minutos el saldo que tenia, es un hombre alto y robusto, llego en un auto gris, tengan cuidado!!! no vayan a ese cajero.

Pesimo servicio si no eres cliente. Llevo 1 hora y media aqui cuando solo llega un cliente preferente y lo atienden. Yo entiedo que sean prioridad pero no para dejar a la gente esperando horas como si no les importara su tiempo. Y nisiquiera son para solucionar el problema puesto que nadie se hace responsable y culpan al sistema. En verdad deja mucho que desear su servicio al cliente. Y soy una persona que viene diario. Por lo menos era para que actuaran ante los problemas y no que dejen que la gente se valla mentandoles la madre. Presimo. Si lo pueden evitar mejor
Pesimo service if you are not a customer. I've been here for 1 hour and a half when only one preferred customer arrives and they serve him. Pésimo servicio llegue 3:30 y me atendieron a las 3:57 y ya no podían hacer mis transacciones y tampoco activar mi banca móvil, pero obvio cuando ya era mi turno al 15 para las 4 primero pasaron al conocido al citado y para cuando se les ocurrió pasarme a mi pues obviamente ya no pudieron hacer nada y si por mi fuera ni una estrella les daba nefastos y prepotentes

Esta sucursal es la peor de todas las de Banorte. Como bien comentan prepotentes y falta de actitud al cliente. Sin entender porqué no actúan como Institución en esto. No les es representativo perder clientes?? Y al personal de escritorios, desde la gerencia, no les interesa conservar su trabajo?

Pésimo servicio, abrí una cuenta y el mismo ejecutivo trató de robarmela. No podía ingresar a ella y decía que otra persona ya había entrado con anterioridad. Acudí para resolver el problema y no dan soluciones, se justifican culpando al sistema del banco y a las fallas en su aplicación, su personal no está capacitado y cuando pides hablar con el gerente te dicen que nunca está. El personal nunca está identificado y luego resulta que hasta el guardia de seguridad es el gerente. Un servicio que deja mucho que desear y para PENSARLO dos veces si es que vas acudir a esa sucursal.

El peor servicio que he recibido en toda mi vida en un banco, gente prepotente y mal vestida, no me quisieron dar servicio de una cancelación y tramite de una nueva tarjera de nomina. De verdad no vayan a esta sucursal gente muy grosera y se ve que no quieren trabajar, su presentación personal nada ejecutiva toda desalineada, como me gustaría cambiar de banco pero mi empresa tiene nomina allí veré la manera de moverme a otro banco. Las malas opioniones se siguen sumando y su gerente no hace nada. alguien sabe si se puede poner queja en la profeco?
