J	Jesus Silva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima atencion y servicio, me tuvieron 1 hr y media esperando la autorizacion de un cheque y al final me dijeron que no les contestan y no podria depositar, este banco es una perdida de tiempo literalmente. Llegue 3:16 y son 3:48 de sigo sin pasar. Aunque 1 ejecutivo no tenga cliente. Y pasan a una persona que acaba de llegar por que el si pudo meter su tarjeta de cliente.... es lo mismo siempre. Las personas de los escritorios en esta sucursal están comiendo o SIEMPRE aunque no tengan cliente ESTAN MUY OCUPADOS. Ya se volvió muy molesto estar con ustedes. Antes esta sucursal era extraordinaria y ahora es lenta, malas caras, nunca pueden ayudarte (siempre te mandan a linea Banorte). Son 3:52 y sigo sin pasar y el ejecutivo que no tiene cliente ya se metio a no sé dónde. Cómo siempre lo hacen. La Gte. JAMÁS esta y cuando llega a estar contesta espere su turno.... Comento que tengo contratado el telefono con megacable, no me lo acepta, voy por comprobante de luz, ahora que ese no por que no esta a mi nombre y me deben firmar una carta, le digo que eso no me lo explicó la primera vez y me ignora y me dice que son los comprobantes que solicitan. Esto con mi INE original y mi tarjeta de nomina en mano. Y aqui tambien tienen mi afore jajaja. Que hacemos con estas finisimas personas.
