B	Beto Hernández on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención, me despidieron del trabajo y tuve que ir a cambiar el cheque de mi indemnización 3 veces, el primer día no me dieron nada, el segundo día me dieron la mitad y el tercero me acavalaron lo que me debían, el ultimo día me hicieron esperar una hora para que me dieran " mi dinero" y eso que no había nada de gente y para colmo todavía me dijo la jefa de cajas muy mamona , " haber si hay dinero " me cayo bien mal, como que no les gusto que valla uno a sacar el dinero , por esa actitud y mal servicio decidí no crear una cuenta en ese banco , mejor lo voy a guardar en otro banco y también mi afore es Banorte así que lo mejor me voy a cambiar a otro banco donde traten mejor a la gente, fue en banorte del centro Very bad attention, they fired me from work and I had to go to change my compensation check 3 times, the first day they gave me nothing, the second day they gave me half and the third day they took away what they owed me, the last day They made me wait for an hour to give me "my money" and that there was nothing from people and to top it off, the boss of the boxes said very mamona, "if there is money" I liked him badly, like they didn't like me That one goes to get the money, for that attitude and bad service I decided not to create an account in that bank, I better keep it in another bank and also my afore is Banorte so the best I will change to another bank where they try Better to the people, it was in downtown banorte
R	Rodrigo Grimaldo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, te atienden como si te hicieran un favor, mas en caja y con los "ejecutivos", aunque no generalizo, la chica de la entrada y una de caja (imagino que es nueva) son las únicas que te atienden bien y son amables, de ahí en fuera todos son groseros y malacarientos. Te niegan servicios solo por ahorrarse trabajo. Ojala y agarren la onda y sean mas empáticos ya que trabajan en servicio al cliente. La única estrella que doy es para esas dos mujeres que mencione y que hacen bien su trabajo. Saludos Terrible service, they treat you as if they were doing you a favor, but at the checkout and with the "executives", although I'm not generalizing, the girl at the entrance and a cashier (I imagine she's new) are the only ones who take good care of you and they are friendly, from then on everyone is rude and grumpy. They deny you services just to save work. Hopefully they catch the wave and are more empathetic since they work in customer service. The only star I give is for those two women I mention who do their job well. Greetings
