★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio ,pésima organización solo 2 cajas atendiendo y filas de personas esperando en la calle .los ejecutivos pasando a cajas a sus amigos y conocidos mientras que los clientes esperando más de 3 horas para ser atendidos . realmente si hubiera un menos 0 se lo llevaría esta sucursal .???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el tiempo de espera es mucho mayor al que dicen, solo hay por lo general, una o dos ventanillas abiertas, y las personas de cajas considero que no están lo suficientemente capacitados para realizar sus funciones. Implementar un sistema de turnos por Whatsapp tampoco es muy viable en mi opinión, pues mucha gente no cuenta con datos o celular en el momento e incluso es una contradicción el sacar un celular en el banco cuando se supone no puedes usarlo.
Terrible service, the waiting time is much longer than what they say, there are usually only one or two open windows, and I consider that the cashiers are not sufficiently trained to perform their functions. Implementing a WhatsApp shift system is also not very viable in my opinion, since many people do not have data or a cell phone at the moment and it is even a contradiction to take out a cell phone at the bank when you are not supposed to be able to use it.
