★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio del banco. Se hizo un depósito en cajero, canceló la operación y no devolvió efectivo. Salió la resolución a mi favor y sólo devolvieron el 50% del total.
Terrible bank service. An ATM deposit was made, the operation was canceled and no cash was returned. The resolution came out in my favor and they only returned 50% of the total.

Ni siquiera conozco este lugar ya que yo soy de la ciudad de México. El único antecedente que tengo es que desde este lugar fui sujeto de fraude. Usurparon mi identidad y solicitaron un crédito de nómina, una tarjeta de crédito, se aperturó una cuenta de cheques, hackearon mi banca electrónica y realizaron movimientos y transferencias aún y a pesar de que yo ya había hecho el reporte de las inconsistencias ya que yo fui enterado de todos estos movimientos por correo electrónico conforme fueron realizados los procedimientos antes mencionados.
Al momento y a pesar de todas las evidencias de fraude la resolución de la investigación no me favoreció y tendré que iniciar una demanda ante la Condusef ya que no pienso absorber la irresponsabilidad de instituciones como BANORTE que amparan a ladrones disfrazados de ejecutivos bancarios.

I don't even know this place since I'm from Mexico City. The only precedent I have is that from this place I was subject to fraud. They usurped my identity and requested a payroll loan, a credit card, a checking account was opened, they hacked my electronic banking and made movements and transfers even though I had already made the report of the inconsistencies since I was aware of all these movements by email as the aforementioned procedures were carried out.
At the moment and despite all the evidence of fraud, the resolution of the investigation did not favor me and I will have to initiate a lawsuit before the Condusef since I do not intend to absorb the irresponsibility of institutions such as BANORTE that protect thieves disguised as bank executives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención no vayan a este banco o acompañen a los adultos mayores, no te permiten ingresar y prácticamente te corren, si no sacas turno mediante WhatsApp. Prácticamente este banco no atiende a adultos mayores, todos los que trabajan ahí son nefastos, y agresivos con los clientes. Es pésimo.
Terrible attention, do not go to this bank or accompany the elderly, they do not allow you to enter and they practically run you off, if you do not take a turn through WhatsApp. This bank practically does not serve the elderly, all those who work there are nefarious, and aggressive with customers.
