La sucursal se ve muy limpia, ordenada, con buen sistema de turnos sin embargo el servicio de de atención a clientes que me tocó de módulo 8 con mala actitud, rápidamente se nota que le falta capacitación en el uso de la app de Banorte, no pudo resolver mi tema con un límite máximo de transferencia y rápido de canalizan a que llames a la línea Banorte. Cuando son cuentas foráneas comentan que no pueden resolver en sucursal como si se tratara de bancos diferentes. Al final tuve una solución a medias. Sentí muy mala vibra de la persona, creo que se deben de buscar siempre en estos puestos personal con las aptitudes de atención a cliente. Cabe resaltar que el ejecutivo era el único en la sucursal sin su uniforme del banco, a diferencia del resto de ejecutivos o cajeros.
