★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malísimo servicio, ni por qué uno es cliente, llamando por teléfono sus asuntos personales y a señas atienden, se ve que no les gusta su trabajo, tardan mucho tiempo en atender, se nota su apatía y flojera. Bye Banorte hasta nunca con su pésimo servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya cambiaron la firma par atender por medio de QR pides turno de atención bien pero lastima las jovencitas ni dan una puros palos de ciego no aciertan explicar bien a los clientes y seguimos formados en el sol uffffgaá que terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre que voy solo tienen a dos cajeras disponibles y como 20 personas esperando. No son ágiles y se llega uno a tardar demasiado tiempo para hacer una transacción sencilla. No tienen suficientes cajeros automáticos y aparte una de las ejecutivas es súper grosera y no ayuda a resolver los problemas de uno.
Whenever I go they only have two cashiers available and about 20 people waiting. They are not agile and it takes one too long to make a simple transaction. They do not have enough ATMs and apart from that one of the executives is super rude and does not help to solve one's problems.

Me dirigí a las cajas y sólo llevaba la credencial del trabajo, entonces me pidieron PASAPORTE o LICENCIA DE CONDUCIR. Les dije que no me hacían un favor, tramité mi portabilidad y no podría estar más feliz. Esta es mi segunda experiencia y el trato y la tecnología obsoleta qué tienen me permiten NO RECOMENDARLOS. Si su empresa o patrón hizo tratos corruptos con este banco no lo duden y tramiten su portabilidad. Los clientes nos merecemos algo mejor. No es casualidad que muchas empresas se han cambiado a este banco (incluso gubernamentales), seguramente la única forma de sobrevivir ha sido a través de sobornos, porque no tienen la más MÍNIMA CALIDAD NI CALIDEZ CON EL CLIENTE. Les doy una estrella porque no puedo darles menos.
They stink. I went to withdraw money and none of the FIVE ATMs they have served. I went to the boxes and only had the work card, so they asked me for a PASSPORT or DRIVER'S LICENSE. I told them they didn't do me a favor, I processed my portability and I couldn't be happier. This is my second experience and the obsolete treatment and technology that they allow me to NOT RECOMMEND. If your company or employer made corrupt deals with this bank, do not hesitate and process its portability. Customers deserve better. It is no accident that many companies have moved to this bank (even government), surely the only way to survive has been through bribes, because they do not have the slightest quality or warmth with the client. I give them a star because I can't give them less.
