Very bad service is supposed to be a new Banorte IXE branch and is full of Banorte customer movements and IXE customers are not given the priority that sells their new preferred brand !!!

Do not come to this branch very bad attention they take too long to attend, however the branch of Torre Mayor is excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención y mala aptitud de cajeros......se la pasan platicando y se levantan constantemente de su lugar.....me hicieron esperar para pasar a caja casi 45 minutos.
Terrible attention and poor aptitude of ATMs ...... they keep talking and they constantly get up from their place ..... they made me wait to go to the cash register for almost 45 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No vayan a esta sucursal la atención por parte de cajeros es nefasta , son unos prepotentes tiene toda la razón Oscar Arreola se la pasan platicando cuando están atendiendo a uno deja mucho que desear esta sucursal por parte de todos los que laboran hay .
Do not go to this branch, the attention from ATMs is disastrous, they are arrogant, they are absolutely right. Oscar Arreola spends time talking when they are attending one, this branch leaves much to be desired by all those who work there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Intenté abrir una cuenta y me rechazaron únicamente por no tener el ingreso en efectivo. Pedí hacer una transferencia o esperar unos días al cobro de nómina y me rechazaron. No me parece lógico ni seguro ir con 3000 pesos en el bolso únicamente para abrir una cuenta. Han perdido una clienta por su poca lógica.
I tried to open an account and was rejected solely for not having the cash deposit. I asked to make a transfer or wait a few days for payroll and they rejected me. It does not seem logical or safe to go with 3000 pesos in my bag just to open an account. They have lost a client because of their lack of logic.
