★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No le pondría ni una estrella ???????? pésima sucursal llevo 40 min esperando siguen sin atender en atención al cliente!!! El que recibe muy mal encarado y grosero!!! Parece oxxo en ves de banco solo la gente viene a depositar y la atención al cliente es pésima y como siempre no resuelven 1hora perdida de mi tiempo
I would not put a single star on it ima lousy branch I have been waiting 40 minutes they still do not attend to customer service !!! The one who gets very badly faced and rude !!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un mal servicio, la primera vez que acudí a abrir una cuenta de débito me dijeron que tenía que comprar un seguro forzoso para tener una tarjeta de debito con ellos. La segunda para un trámite me dijeron que "no había sistema" y me enviaron a otra sucursal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No te resuelven nada e incluso te recomiendan cancelar los servicios que te dan.
Te piden hasta la factura del refrigerador, el carnet de vacunas de tu perro para poder actualizar tu correo electrónico.
Además el pasaporte no les sirve como identificación , ni la cédula profesional, nada más el INE, que porque asi son sus políticas .
Nada que ver cuando era IXE una lástima que los haya comprado este banco que no sabe NADA de atención al cliente
