El beneficiario fue a cobrar el dia despues que lo envie. Primero le dijo una mujer despotamente que los envios se entregaban despues de la una de la tarde. Ademas se lo dijo en voz muy alta, violando el derecho de privacidad, agregando que tal cantidad no habia. Fielmente, el benficiario regreso a la hora indicada solo para escuchar que los envios se entregaban de 8:30 a 12:00, hora en la cual ya habia pedido el envio. Yo llame al banco directamente, y el hombre quien me contesto se nego hasta a dar su nombre. No envien por banorte, hay que sacrificar unos pesos y enviar a donde nos atienden bien.
