★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si son cosas sencillas de ventanilla son eficientes, pero si pides un proceso más elaborado, no hacen bien su trabajo los ejecutivos y dicen que no pueden (cuando sí se puede)
If they are simple things of the window they are efficient, but if you ask for a more elaborate process, the executives do not do their job well and say they cannot (when they can)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los ejecutivos NUNCA tienen solución para nada y siempre te mandan a Toluca a resolver lo que ellos no pueden. No recomiendo este banco, o al menos esta sucursal.
Executives NEVER have a solution for anything and they always send you to Toluca to solve what they can't. I do not recommend this bank, or at least this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio Ineficiente por parte de los ejecutivos no te dan ninguna solución solo te piden que marques a call Center o a Banorte o si no también te dicen que su sistema está saturado o que se fue con tal de no darte una solución solo es perdida de tiempo en esa sucursal por parte de los ejecutivos cajeros y caja otra cosa diferente
Inefficient service by the executives they do not give you any solution, they only ask you to dial the call center or Banorte or if not they also tell you that their system is saturated or that they left so as not to give you a solution it is only wasted time in that branch by the executive tellers and cashier something else

Y un buen de gente en espera. Los ejecutivos a cada rato dicen que en media hora y esa media hora no llega.
Again, useless ATMs.
And a lot of people waiting. Executives constantly say that in half an hour and that half hour does not come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, mi prima ha acudido para apoyo con una cuenta y el personal no esta capacitado. Ella es una persona discapacitada y como es posible que ninguno le ayude y solo le hagan dar vueltas. Es increible que no tengan ese sentido de servicio. Banorte deberia evaluar correctamente a su personal y enseñarles que es un buen servicio.
Terrible service, my cousin has come for support with an account and the staff is not trained. She is a disabled person and how is it possible that no one helps her and they just make her spin. It's amazing that they don't have that sense of service. Banorte should correctly evaluate its staff and teach them what good service is.
