El gerente pateó mi silla dos veces y nunca de disculpo. El peor banco al cual he ido. The customer service with the executives is terrible, over 30 minutes there to help me with mobile banking. The manager kicked my chair twice and was never apologetic. The worst bank I have ever been to.

Once again, I confirm what I have experienced throughout the years, although is a private bank; employees work and behave in a very bureaucratic way. It's a red tape bank. Not only do they need more staff, but the ones they have are very demotivated, they work very slowly, and I might dare to say that they do it on purpose. Shame on them.
