So after all they give me a new ticket to wait my turn, luckily there were no people and I had to pass at 2:22 pm (time of my card). However, it was very annoying that due to his lack of personnel training, he had to spend half an hour there. In itself the bank is very late and when I am finally lucky that it is empty I get these things. Terrible attention and your computerized system is very bad. If it used to take an hour or more when the bank was full, now you have to add another 30 or 40 minutes.

Terrible Service, they take too long to attend. They only have 1 or 2 ATMs at the window of the 4 there are, while they have another colleague giving the numbers of the little machine as if it were not interactive and people could not take them. It took 45 minutes inside the branch for 1 transaction MY RECOMMENDATION IS NOT TO GO TO THIS BRANCH UNLESS YOU HAVE ALL DAY. And I give them a Star because there is no option NOT to give them anything.

I don't understand what that pseudo manager does, the famous Elba. That good lady needs someone to give her attention and affection, although thinking about it, with her attitude it is difficult for someone to be encouraged.

The executives are friendly and help you with any questions you have. The advantage is that it is not usually as crowded as other branches. The downside is that parking is at a cost.
