★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, sus turnos no funcionan, la sucursal funcionando a full de cajeros y operativos y no pueden atender a un grupo minimo de 15 personas, en atenciones con ejecutivo, llaman como mejor les parece no respetan turnos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia, no había más que 2 personas en la sucursal y se tardaron 20 minutos en atenderme, y resulta que no tenian la reposición de TDC, cuando ya me habían mandado mensajes push y SMS indicándome que ya estaba en la sucursal, les pregunte que si entonces no le hacía caso a los mensaje su me dijeron que se tardaba en llegar de su bóveda. Desde un principio bque entras la chica que atiende se ve que no tiene ganas de hacer su trabajo y de las 4 cajas una estaba fuera de servicio, las otras 3 parecía que funcionaban pero no pasaban a nadie, posteriormente pasaron a una persona y después tardaron en pasar a la siguiente, como que pareciera que no les preocupa la atención a sus clientes. Del teléfono que te dan para que llames para ver si ya está tu TDC jamás contestaron

Nada serviciales y el ejecutivo muy elitista y efectivamente te atienden como si te hicieran el favor de date un servicio.
