★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible banco, son muy cerrados y sólo obedecen órdenes, no resuelven nada en lo absoluto, toda la filosofía norteña de no resolver nada y hacer las cosas muyyyy lento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve esperando mucho tiempo y al ver que todos pasaban a escritorios pese a que habían llegando después me pare y pregunte sobre mi turno y me decían: ya mero pasa y así incluso hubo momentos en que solo estaba yo pero decían: ahorita lo llaman, llego la hora pico y casi al cierre y me dijeron que volviera a tomar turno porque ya no hay nadie en fila. Muy mal servicio

Los informes no los dan completos y cuando regresas para abrir una cuenta, te faltan documentos, además te hacen la recomendación "a veces el servidor no está disponible para abrir cuentas". Y ni hablar de la lentitud...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La experiencia en esta sucursal es pésima, el servicio online es buena pero si tienes que venir a esta sucursal que dios te bendiga, son extremadamente incompetentes, una vez tenía que hacer un pago internacional importante, vine con ellos para que me indicaran como hacerlo y no tener problemas, seguimos sus instrucciones paso a paso, hacen el deposito y se equivocan y estuvimos 4 horas más en la sucursal para ver como lo arreglaban, pedimos una tarjeta nos pidieron documentación de un año, se las dimos y jamas nos contestaron ni nos dieron seguimiento, otra vez cambiamos los tokens, nos dieron los nuevos y nos recogieron los anteriores que segun ya estaban activados, despues de 5 dias de peleas, llamadas y visitas pudimos resolver el problema que nos hubiéramos ahorrado si no nos hubieran recogido los tokens anteriores, de nuevo PESIMO SERVICIO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefasto el servicio al cliente de verdad es increíble el trato ala gente me hicieron esperar 1 hora 10 minutos y no me resolvieron mi problema echándole la culpa al sistema pero eso sí se metió una conocida de ellos para atenderla antes que los que teníamos turno y desayunando y sola 1 ejecutiva atendiendo habiendo 4 módulos de atención obvio el servicio Super lento y la gerente siempre defendiendo a sus companeros??? Y los clientes????
