★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es muy grosero, no cuentan con un sistema ordenado para la atención de los clientes, como por ejemplo ficha o en su defecto una lista. Se tardan muchísimo para la atención y no le brindan al cliente ni siquiera un asiento! A pesar de que el banco no tiene mucha gente. Prefiero los bancos como Santander o Banamex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio deplorable simplemente no te saben solucionar nada los supuestos ejecutivos, ni una simple reposición pueden realizar, pues tuve que esperar más de 1 hora y media para que pudieran entregar un platico que ya se había generado por el reporte vía telefónica, simplemente increíble que tarden tanto en su procedimiento.
Deplorable service simply do not know how to solve anything the supposed executives, nor a simple replacement can perform, because I had to wait more than 1 hour and a half so that they could deliver a talk that had already been generated by the report via telephone, simply incredible that they take both in your procedure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, ponen cualquier pretexto para no pagarte un cheque al portador. Que la cajera determina si te lo paga o no o si las firmas de los emisores se parecen o no como si fueran grafoscopistas, con trabajos y tiene la prepa. Mal, muy mal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan mucho en atender los ejecutivos y de los 5 solo 2 atienden y para colmo no pudieron o quisieron abrir una cuenta nueva que porque ya tenía otra !
