★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a depositar y estuve 1 hora esperando mi turno, faltabamos 3 personas por atender y a las 4:00pm nos dijeron que ya no atenderian a más personas. Adicional a ello había muchísima gente que esperaba afuera y no había nadie del banco ordenando y cuidando la sana distancia. Lamentable el servicio y la atención al cliente en este banco.
I went to deposit and I was 1 hour waiting for my turn, we were missing 3 people to attend and at 4:00 pm they told us that they would no longer serve more people. In addition to this, there were many people waiting outside and there was no one from the bank ordering and taking care of the healthy distance. Lamentable service and customer care at this bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La única ventaja de esta sucursal es que no encontrarás un Banorte a más de un kilómetro. Para retirar no hubo inconvenientes, hay seguridad, pero si es quincena, ve con paciencia y tiempo ya que se hacen filas.
Otra de sus ventajas es el estacionamiento y que está junto Soriana a unos metros de Plaza Loreto.
Banorte no me dejó buen sabor de boca desde unos cargos no reconocidos.

Y por lo que he visto siempre está así. Tampoco sirven los cajeros múltiples y por lo que he visto nunca han servido. Si tienen que venir a esta sucursal vengan con pasiencia y con disponibilidad de tiempo. Ya que una cosa retrasa la otra. Pero si pueden mejor asistan a otra sucursal.
