★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy deficientes en su tecnologia y deficiente en servicios de atención a clientes. Manifestando fuera de servicio sus instrumentos y cajeros. Qué no depende de los empleados mucho menos de gerencia a aplicar una dinámica de atención más acelerada a sus funciones. Ni que decir de su call center que son maratones de escuchar grabaciones y no hay resultados efectivos a alguna situación o contratiempos. Ejemplo cajero que se tragan tarjeta originando con esto un cobro extra por reposición de plástico. Otra nueva tecnología amigable de turnos que se sale de operación a su discrecionalidad.
Very deficient in its technology and deficient in customer service services. Manifesting their instruments and ATMs out of service. What does not depend on the employees much less management to apply a dynamic of faster attention to their functions. Needless to say about your call center that they are marathons of listening to recordings and there are no effective results to any situation or setbacks. An example of an ATM that swallows a card, thereby causing an extra charge for plastic replacement. Another new shift friendly technology that goes out of business at your discretion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo en cuanto al tiempo de espera, esperar casi dos horas para que te atiendan en un banco me parece demasiado, este es en el único banco donde me hago caso esperar tanto. Y es la sucursal que acaban de remodelar, si hubieran considerado mejorar los tiempos realmente sería mejor que una bonita fachada.
Terrible in terms of waiting time, waiting almost two hours to be served at a bank seems like too much to me, this is the only bank where I pay attention to waiting so long. And it is the branch that they just remodeled, if they had considered improving the times it would really be better than a nice facade.
