Pésimo servicio, prepotente el juardia, el personal del banco muy descortés, me tocó ver qué una señora no lleva copia de su credencial de elector y pidió de favor que le sacarán la copia ahí y le dijeron que no se podía que se fuera a sacar copia y regresará a hacer fila de nuevo
Terrible service, arrogant juardia, the bank staff very impolite, I had to see that a lady does not have a copy of her voter ID and asked to please that they take the copy there and they told her that it could not be taken out copy and will return to queue again

No tienen nada de atención al cliente llevo 4 hrs aqui y nomas me dan largas y ni siquiera hay gente, cada que pregunto quien me atiende me dicen nosotros les llamamos

Pésimo faltaban 25 minutos para la hora de cierre de la sucursal y me dijeron que ya no podía cobrar mi cheque por que habían echo corte de caja, ponen un sistema para sacar turno vía WhatsApp y no lo respetan tenían una fila de más de 40 personas y ponen a su guardia de la entrada hasta el final de la fila a decirle a la gente que hasta donde esta el van a atender personas, le mencioné al Gerente sobre el horario de la tienda y dijo que mañana me presentara más temprano (como si fuera mi problema que ellos sean lentos y se quieran ir temprano "antes de su horario") nunca había asistido a esa sucursal en fin mi experiencia pésimo servicio en esa sucursal.
Terrible, there were 25 minutes left until the branch's closing time and they told me that I could no longer cash my check because they had cut the cash, they put a system to take turns via WhatsApp and they did not respect it, they had a line of more than 40 people and they put their guard from the entrance to the end of the line to tell people that up to where they are going to serve people, I mentioned to the Manager about the store hours and he said that tomorrow I will show up earlier (as if it was my problem that they are slow and want to go early "before their schedule") I had never attended that branch in short my experience terrible service at that branch.

pésimo servicio 2 horas para que me repongan una tarjeta solo te dan largas lo note no solo en mi a una señora le hicieron lo mismo ..pésimo personal ..definitivamente no lo recomiendo .. esto me había pasado en el Bancomer y me lo resolvieron en menos de 2o minutos esta sucursal deja mucho que desear. el guardia de entrada fue el que me atendió mejor.
Terrible service 2 hours for a card to be replaced they only give you long I noticed not only in me they did the same to a lady .. terrible staff .. I definitely do not recommend it .. this had happened to me at the Bancomer and they solved it for me in less than 2o minutes this branch leaves much to be desired. the entrance guard was the one who attended me the best.

Pesimo servicio deficiente con esa nueva modalidad que tienen las trabajadoras del banco parece que les quitaras un peso de ellas te hablan de mal manera y solo dicen espera tu turno Horribleeee ojala pusieran gente que le guste su trabajo y lo hagan bien

Es lo peor la atención tengo 2 horas en fila 0 y no me pasan ya las señoritas fueron y vinieron a comer y no avanza la fila están con un solo cliente muy mal su sistema de WhatsApp no funciona
