★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo una hora marcando y cuando logro que me contesten me dicen que espere y a los 6 minutos me dieron el colgon, me parece falta de educacion.
I have an hour marking and when I get them to answer me they tell me to wait and after 6 minutes they gave me the colgon, I think it is lack of education.

pesimo service .... open wings 8:30 when it is supposed to be wings 8:00 am and leave you waiting till 9:00 am if you want to go to cash

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A este banco le perjudico terriblemente la disposicion del mercado de abastos, hay que entrar al estacionamiento del mercado, y para acceder al banco hay que entrar a otro mercado porque esta escondidísima la entrada. Actualmente pusieron una flecha que lo señala pero no esta nada visible, que mal por el mercado que no penso en ellos.
This bank was terribly damaged by the provision of the food market, you have to enter the market parking lot, and to access the bank you have to enter another market because the entrance is hidden. Currently they put an arrow that points to it but it is not visible, too bad for the market that I do not think of them.

Very good service they have an ATM type machine where you can cash the checks without the need for a person to attend you great ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qué problema acudir a una sucursal donde hay poco personal o de ocupan en papelería o sabe en qué. Pero te hacen esperar demasiado tiempo incluso si solamente es un depósito o una consulta. Pésimo servicio.
What a problem to go to a branch where there are few staff or where they occupy stationery or know what. But they make you wait too long even if it's just a deposit or inquiry. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bien organizados en el acceso a sucursal todo controlado y limpio toma de temperatura,al hacer fila los lugares están estratégicamente marcados la atención personalizada y en ventanilla es por medio de turnos los cuáles te los ofrecen al entrar a sucursal para canalizarte ....me agradó que se respeta la sana distancia a comparación de otros bancos que visité la semana pasada.No doy la 5ta estrella por la falta de personal sólo 2 cajas funcionando
Very well organized in the access to the branch, everything controlled and clean, taking the temperature, when queuing, the places are strategically marked with personalized attention and at the window it is through shifts which they offer you when entering the branch to channel you ... I was pleased that the healthy distance is respected compared to other banks that I visited last week. I do not give the 5th star due to the lack of personnel, only 2 boxes operating
