★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ubicacion es magnifica muy practica pero lamantablemete solo tienes 3 cajeros de los cuales 2 atienden y otra hace trabajo admisnitrativo" o sea "pendeja" De antemano si no eres cliente tendras que esperar lo cual es normal... el problema esta que atenderan literal a todos sus clientes primero y tendras que esperar de 45 mnt a una hora incluso hora y media En lo personal si tienes que hacer un Movimiento pago etc.. y te urge ve a la sucarsal de las Alamedas en Atizapan el servicio es mejor y tendras que esperar pero lo normal

Al menos en otros bancos, te asesoran, te guían, con horarios limitados y medidas sanitarias, pero organizados y ordenados te atienden bien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio por línea telefónica es nefasto, lamentablemente deja mucho que desear, nadie sabe nada de nada ni transferir llamada o dar la opción para que seas atendida... Solo dicen no es el área correspondiente y al preguntar cual es, solo dicen que dato requieres ??♀️y aparte te responden mal!!!
Espero que mi visita a la suc mundo e cambie la mala atención, es un banco mexicano, que terrible que tengan esa atención con sus clientes! ?

They only say it is not the corresponding area and when asking which it is, they only say that data you require ??♀️ and apart they answer you badly !!!
