Los asesores son muy flojos no resuelven problemas, tuve que asistir más de 2 semana y no me resolvieron , me cansé de ir a esa sucursal y acudí a la de Morelos y con el primer asesor que me atendio me resolvió el problema en 10 min.

La atención en esta sucursal es pésima, los ejecutivos te hacen esperar mucho tiempo aunque te toque tu turno, te atienden de mala gana y son groseros.

He tenido mala suerte en esta sucursal, desafortunadamente los ejecutivos atienden a discreción, es decir, si no les da la gana atenderte te dejan esperando el tiempo que ellos consideran pertinente aunque no estén atendiendo a nadie. Ojalá mejoren el servicio de su aplicación móvil (que también me parece muy deficiente) de ser así no tendríamos que dar vueltas a la sucursal. En esta ocasión se bloqueó mi acceso por cambiar de teléfono y forzosamente hay que ir a la sucursal. Esto me parece innecesario (se podría hacer por teléfono) de igual forma para darse de alta y conseguir un usuario en la banca línea.
