★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal no está capacitado, ni siquiera saben que es lo que pueden y no hacer, fui por reposición de tarjeta y "tenían que pedir autorización" de la sucursal de apertura (y así paso una semana) decidí ir a la sucursal de masarik y en menos de 25 minutos realice el trámite.
The staff is not trained, they do not even know what they can and cannot do, I went to replace the card and "they had to ask for authorization" from the opening branch (and so a week passed) I decided to go to the masarik branch and In less than 25 minutes, complete the process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pesar de que hay poco personal en cajas la atención que me brindaron es fantástica ya que te brindan diferetes opciones para que el tiempo de espera sea rapido una de ellas es el cajero múltiple donde el ejecutivo de la entrada te apoya para hacer depósitos pagar servicios etc . Y los ejecutivos están muy capacitados en su trabajo excelente servicio

Pese a que le comenté a la obtusa "señorita" que mi cuenta me la abrieron en Acapulco.
Fatal servicio. Se merecen cero estrellas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los trabajadores son despotas, muy groseros. Parece que te hacen el favor de atenderte. No te solucionan nada y además exigen que tengas WhatsApp para poder sacar turno para pasar a ventanillas, por que ya no te quieren dar turno así. Lo cual me parece absurdo, hay mucha gente que no tiene celular moderno con whats, como las personas mayores.
The workers are despotic, very rude. It seems that they do you the favor of attending you. They do not solve anything for you and also require that you have WhatsApp to be able to take a turn to go to the windows, because they no longer want to give you a turn like that.
