★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi tarjeta se venció en diciembre de 2015 y es fecha que hoy 26 de febrero 2016 aun no me pueden entregan mi tarjeta nueva, ya que en sucursal me dicen que no está y en banortel me dicen qe ahí ya les llego.
Aparte que contestan muy groseras las personas y no te dan el seguimiento que se debería de dar.
My card expired in December 2015 and it is the date that today, February 26, 2016, I still cannot receive my new card, since at the branch they tell me that it is not there and in banortel they tell me that it already arrived there.
Apart from that they answer very rude people and do not give you the follow-up that should be given.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio desde que entras la muchacha que entrega turnos es prepotente , trata a los clientes de una manera déspota , una vez en turno aún estando las ventanillas solas y los gerentes también te ven y aún así no hace nada por atenderte , prefieren seguir haciendo como que hacen algo que atender al cliente , además el trato que dan a los clientes los gerentes también es pésimo .
