Un asco de banco tienen 7 cajas y nada más 2 personas atienden De qué sirve que pongan tantas cajas si no les van a dar la atención y estamos como 100 personas esperando que nos atiendan Y la señorita del escritorio 8 se le pregunta y dice una respuesta tan tonta que la gente está de vacaciones y que no puede hacer nada que si queremos que nos atiendan tenemos que esperar QUE PESIMO SERVICIO

La peor atención a clientes que existe en México, yo no se para qué quieren 7 cajas si siempre tienen abiertas solo 3 y toda la gente esperando, y que no vengas al departamento de atención al cliente por qué aún peor. Y si ocupas algo y te dicen que debe ser por teléfono ya valió madre, esos menús son completamente inservibles aún introduciendo los datos tal cuál te los pide. Mal muy mal. Pura pérdida de tiempo con ustedes!!
The worst customer service that exists in Mexico, I don't know why they want 7 boxes if they always have only 3 open and all the people waiting, and don't come to the customer service department, why even worse. Deben considerar que hay algunos adultos que no saben usar el celular, mi comentario es por el código QR. Deberían ser más pacientes y empaticos con ellos, al final son clientes del banco.

El servicio del Banco Banorte últimamente deja mucho que desear desde la pandemia todas las respuestas es que hay que esperar la gente que esta dentro del banco aunque te atiende en muchas ocasiones tiene pocas ganas de atenderte es raro que un banco que sea del norte no tengan la visión de negocio y que sobre todo no puedan atender rápido a la gente.que ha depositado.su dinero.dentro de este banco que para mi dejo de ser el mejor
