★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Varía mucho la atención en ésta sucursal: por un lado si tienes INE con dirección puedes abrir con facilidad una cuenta, en cambio si tu INE no tiene domicilio tendrás que llevar comprobante de domicilio actual porque no te abrirán nada.
Tardaron casi dos horas en abrirnos en noviembre una cuenta a mi amiga y a mí. De ahí en fuera, los cajeros son una maravilla.
The attention at this branch varies a lot: on the one hand, if you have an INE with an address, you can easily open an account, while if your INE does not have an address, you will have to carry proof of current address because nothing will be opened for you.
It took nearly two hours for me and my friend to open an account in November. From there on out, ATMs are wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la señorita nos hizo dar varias vueltas y nunca pudo hacernos la transferencia, ella no reconocía el número de cuenta, argumentando que esa no era, al igual se aglomera la gente porque según los ejecutivos están ocupados cuando no hay gente dentro de la instalación, el gerente no se encontraba a las 11:20 de la mañana, regresamos y según estaba atendiendo cuándo no había gente, nos tuvimos que ir al banco en plaza dorada y en menos de 15 minutos hicieron el movimiento, cuando en el otro banco sucursal Benavente tardamos casi 2 horas y no solucionamos nada.
Terrible service, the lady made us go around several times and could never make the transfer, she did not recognize the account number, arguing that it was not, just like people crowd because according to the executives they are busy when there are no people inside the installation, the manager was not there at 11:20 in the morning, we returned and as he was attending when there were no people, we had to go to the bank in Plaza Dorada and in less than 15 minutes they made the move, when in the other bank Benavente branch took us almost 2 hours and we did not solve anything.

El guardia es prepotente y les preguntaba a las mujeres jóvenes que número tenían y ponía el número que ellas le decían y los demás aunque teníamos mucho esperando no pasaba nuestro turno, cuando se hacía un reclamo solo decía si y se burlaba a parte de que no había gerente, un servicio horrible
By far the worst branch of any bank I have been to, 3 hours to attend me!
