Lots of people waiting and only one cashier attending in rush hour. Very poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hacen falta mas cajeros, solo hay 3 y uno nunca sirve y el otro tarda años en procesar tu solicitud, asi q solo hay 1 que funciona bien. No hay cajeros multiples, y personal antes de las 4 de la tarde ya no te dejan pasar hacer tus movimientos. Que mal porque es céntrico.
More ATMs are needed, there are only 3 and one never works and the other takes years to process your request, so there is only 1 that works well. There are no multiple ATMs, and staff before 4 in the afternoon will no longer let you pass making your movements. Too bad because it is central.

I did not know that to take a turn I had to scan a code, I told them that I did not have a phone and what could I do, their answer was "get one? ☹️ Very bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los ejecutivos almuerzan todo el dia, desde que abren hasta que cierran nunca están atendiendo todos por que estan comiendo, recomiendo evitar lo mas que se pueda ir con ejecutivos, es muy desesperante o preparense para esperar minimo 3 horas y asi es desde antes de la pandemia.
The executives eat lunch all day, from the moment they open until they close, they are never attending everyone because they are eating, I recommend avoiding as much as possible to go with executives, it is very exasperating or prepare to wait at least 3 hours and so it is from before the pandemic.
