★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vez más me decepciona este banco!!! Además de que en el mes pasado me entregaron billetes falsos. Hoy acudí y el de plaza del parque nuevamente no servía nada. Y ahora en galerías dicen que por disposición ya no puedes retirar dinero sino presentas 2 identificaciones. Osea mi pasaporte no sirve. Entonces no me dejaron sacar dinero. Que lamentable que ni siquiera informen a sus tarjetahabientes. Definitivamente hoy cuando su banco sirva cancelare todas mis cuentas.
 Once again this bank disappoints me !!! In addition to the fact that in the last month they gave me false tickets. Today I went and the one in the park plaza was useless again. And now in galleries they say that by arrangement you can no longer withdraw money but you present 2 identifications. I mean my passport doesn't work. So they didn't let me take money. How unfortunate that they do not even inform their cardholders. Definitely today when your bank serves I will cancel all my accounts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la peor sucursal que hay. El personal no te ayuda y son muy déspotas. Tienes que esperar casi una hora para que te den tu tarjeta . Ya van 3 veces que voy y por tiempo jamás paso con el tipo que me debe atender
It is the worst branch there is. The staff does not help you and they are very despotic. You have to wait almost an hour to get your card. I've been going 3 times now and for a while I never go to the guy who should attend me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No ma, si son una basura como sucursal, te tienen en espera un buen de tiempo, los asesores se la pasan platicando entre ellos y nada más no atienden. No de verdad que mala experiencia.
No ma, if they are a garbage as a branch, they have you waiting for a long time, the advisors spend it talking among themselves and nothing else they do not attend. Not really that bad experience.
