★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar, las instalaciones están bien, las veces que he asistido me ha gustado mucho, buen lugar para sacar las toxinas en el vapor o el sauna, los baños también están bien, el jacuzzi no he tenido la fortuna de ocuparlo ya que he tenido mala suerte de que no están disponibles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sumamente decepcionante, el personal que atiende los saunas individuales no solo son malos y sin experiencia dando masajes, también tienen una actitud demasiado prejuiciosa y poco profesionales. Además de todo su mal servicio te piden propina, si no les das solo te están presionando para hecharte del lugar.
Extremely disappointing, the staff serving the individual saunas are not only rude and inexperienced in giving massages, they are also overly judgmental and unprofessional. In addition to all their bad service they ask you for a tip, if you don't give them they are just pressuring you to kick you out of the place.
