★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicite servicio por teléfono y una señorita la cual no me dio su nombre. Fue muy grosera dijo que me regresaría la llamada para darme la cotización que solicite y nunca llamo. Volví a llamar más tarde y volvió a hacer lo mismo y dijo que estaba ocupada y no era el único cliente. Pésima atención via telefónica.
I requested service by phone and a lady who did not give me her name. She was very rude, she said that the call would be returned to give me the quote I requested and I never call. I called back later and did the same thing again and said she was busy and was not the only customer. Terrible attention via telephone.
