★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO LO RECOMIENDO. Contrate un mes antes 50 sillas Tiffany y el día del evento llegaron otro tipo de sillas muy diferentes sin previo aviso. No me supieron explicar la razón, no tenian las sillas que yo contrate disponibles y no tuvieron disposición para hacerme un descuento proporcional a la falla y mientras quien me estuvo atendiendo tuvo una actitud inadecuada ante el problema, el dueño jamas quizo ponerse en contacto conmigo para dialogar sobre lo sucedido siendo que se le solicito comunicarse conmigo. Estuvimos completamente inconformes con este servicio el cual no volveremos a contratar debido a la falta de profesionalismo y a su pobre atención al cliente.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Hire 50 Tiffany chairs a month earlier, and on the day of the event other very different chairs arrived without notice. They did not know how to explain the reason, they did not have the chairs that I hired available and they were not willing to give me a discount proportional to the failure and while the person who was attending me had an inappropriate attitude towards the problem, the owner never wanted to contact me to dialogue about what happened being asked to communicate with me. We were completely unhappy with this service which we will not hire again due to lack of professionalism and poor customer service.
