★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuimos con esta empresa, nos atendieron muy bien y nos dieron un lugar y fecha aún faltando poco tiempo, nuestro problema fue en el evento, 1.- compramos el paquete en donde venía que podíamos quedarnos toda la noche y el siguiente día, y de regalo podíamos estar toda la siguiente noche (ese mismo día nos dijo que nunca dijo eso).
2.- rentamos las mesas de luces que ellos proporcionan y en el evento 3 no funcionaban, constantemente tuvimos problemas con la luz de las mesas
3.- algunos cuartos no contaban con luz y agua caliente, cuartos que igual rentamos.
A los “encargados” se les tenía que hablar constantemente porque ni atentos estaban y para solucionar, tardaban bastante.
We went with this company, they treated us very well and gave us a place and date even with little time left, our problem was in the event, 1.- we bought the package where it came from that we could stay all night and the next day, and gift we could be all the next night (that same day he told us that he never said that).
2.- We rented the light tables that they provide and in event 3 they did not work, we constantly had problems with the light on the tables
3.- Some rooms did not have electricity and hot water, rooms that we still rent.
The "managers" had to be talked to constantly because they weren't even attentive and it took a long time to solve them.
