★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y trato del personal de ésta sucursal, NO LES RECOMIENDO ESTE BANCO, desde Monterrey que abrimos la cuenta son puras fallas con la plataforma en el celular, no lee el chip de la tarjeta y en 2 ocasiones no pudimos pagar en el súper porque no leyó la tarjeta y ahora que pido saldo y el seguro de vida de mi marido fallecido, se suponía que era un trámite de una semana en jurídico y ya cumplió mi marido 1 mes de fallecido y siguen checando la cuesta, peor que el IMSS súper tardados y nadie te da la cara ni te responden nunca el teléfono. TACHE PARA ESTE BANCO!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui para hacer el pago de 3 pasaportes y me dijeron que solo me podían recibir uno o me podría ir a otro banco. Les dije que mejor buscaba otro banco. Me fui a Banorte y me los recibieron sin problema. Parece que en Banregio no les gusta trabajar...cómo es algo tardado ingresar los datos para hacer el pago prefieren no recibir pagos para pasaporte. El banco estaba vacío! Ni siquiera había fila como para que no quisieran hacer el trámite.
