La puerta estaba cerrada en pleno lunes a las 11 de la mañana, tuve que esperar a que me abriera alguien. Una vez entre, pedí atención de un ejecutivo y nadie quería atenderme por que ni siquiera saben usar la aplicación hey banco de Banregio, los ejecutivos se echaban la bolita para atenderme y al final nadie quiso asesorarme y pasaban a gente que iba atrás de mí para no darme servicio por que no sabían asesorarme. Si tienes cuenta de hey banco y quieres fondearla, te recomiendo que antes de ir aclares todas tus dudas y datos de cuenta para que solo llegues a depositar y no estes a merced de los inútiles ejecutivos. Tuve que asesorarme yo mismo por la aplicación y finalmente pude hacer mi deposito en ventanilla. Lamentablemente está es la única sucursal en la ciudad de Celaya.
