They do not answer the telephone number in customer service. I was going to get a tdc with them but trying to contact them I regretted the delay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo simepre esta solo pero pueden tardar hasta 20 minutos con un solo cliente, los procesos los realizan mal por lo cual en tu siguiente visita vas a tener que perder más tiempo solucionandolos
Pity is always alone but it can take up to 20 minutes with a single client, the processes perform them badly so in your next visit you will have to waste more time solving them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su horario de atención es muy limitado, jamás podré ir a la sucursal a recoger mi tarjeta de crédito... Salgo a las 5 de trabajar y el banco cierra a las 5... Deberían de ampliar el horario o abrir en sábados también con horario extendido... Saludos...
Their business hours are very limited, I can never go to the branch to pick up my credit card ... I leave at 5 to work and the bank closes at 5 ... They should extend the schedule or open on Saturdays also with extended hours ... Greetings ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustó que este banco tiene buenos productos y no está lleno como otros bancos más populares. Lo que no me gustó es que hay pocas sucursales y muchos movimientos no se pueden hacer desde Internet o por aplicación.
I liked that this bank has good products and is not crowded like other more popular banks. What I did not like is that there are few branches and many movements cannot be done from the Internet or by application.
