En una sucursal no tenían cheques de caja y tardaron una hora y treinta en decirnos que fuéramos a otra sucursal... para tardarnos otra hora y media en hacer los dichosos cheques!!!! Lo peor es que así están todos los bancos no hay uno “bueno” encima del robo de comisiones e intereses que cobran de todo ... el servicio es cínicamente lento!! De que les sirve el café y la música lounge si las experiencia del cliente es HORRIBLE!! Terrible service!! Pedí una tarjeta de crédito y fui muy insistente en qué la mandarán a la sucursal de la Rioja, aunque donde primero abrí la cuenta fue en revolución. La de crédito la pedí en la Rioja y primero se la dieron a un extraño, después me dijeron que la mandaron a revolución, fui y me dijeron que no, que en cumbres ???? Que hacen con los datos? Jamás voy a cumbres y menos a abrir cuentas, entonces voy a cerrar todas mis cuentas y de verdad no recomiendo para nada. Luego me dicen que por seguridad yo tengo que ir a la de cumbres, por seguridad? Y primero se la dieron a un extraño? No lo recomiendo para nada. Appalling.
