El cajero está horrible, la pantalla de tanto uso está rallada y ya no se alcanza a ver en muchas partes. El cajero es lentísimo y te obliga a insertar y sacar la tarjeta varias veces hasta que la detecta. Además de que solo tienen 1 cajero.
The ATM is horrible, the screen from so much use is scratched and it is no longer visible in many parts. The ATM is extremely slow and forces you to insert and remove the card several times until it detects it. Besides that they only have 1 ATM.

Jamas pidan credito con ellos. Al principio muy atentos hasta vinieron a mi casa los agentes a la firma de un credito que solicite. Ya que lo liquide y estoy pidiendo mi factura y que cambien al beneficiaro preferente . No llega mi factura , me hacen ir a sucursal sin que esten mis documentos y comentan que no pueden cambiar al Beneficiario preferente y largas llamadas y procesos. Jamas vuelvo a pedir credito con ellos
Never ask for credit with them. At first, very attentive, the agents even came to my house to sign a loan that I requested. Since I settle it and I am asking for my invoice and that they change the preferred beneficiary. My invoice does not arrive, they make me go to the branch without my documents being present and they comment that they cannot change the preferred Beneficiary and long calls and processes. I never ask for credit with them again

Pésimo servicio, llegas y no hay nadie que te atienda ni te diga nada, no sabes quien trabaja ahí o quien es cliente. Un solo ejecutivo atendiendo a todos los clientes y los demás ahí platicando entre ellos. No pongo CERO estrellas porque no se puede. Una perdida de tiempo ir a ésta sucursal. Tampoco tiene rampa de acceso ni fila para personas con discapacidad
Terrible service, you arrive and there is no one to attend to you or tell you anything, you do not know who works there or who is a client. A single executive attending to all the clients and the others there talking among themselves. I don't put ZERO stars because you can't. A waste of time going to this branch. It also does not have an access ramp or row for people with disabilities

45 minutos solo para despositar teniendo sólo dos personas en frente, sólo hay un despachador y los ejecutivos le piden y piden cosas y los formados para caja no importan. Para acabar la tipa que atiende como directora de sucursal es nefasta

Pésimo servicio por parte de todo el personal, la única rescatable es la subgerente que, al parecer, es la única que sabe de atención a clientes y cómo dirigirse educadamente a una persona. El asesor estaba más interesado en su computadora que en hacernos caso y el Gerente llego con actitud nefasta y déspota sin si quiera preguntar por la situación simplemente negándose a ayudar. Cuando le dijimos que queríamos meter una queja solo dijo “como gusten” y sin más se dio la vuelta y se fue
Terrible service by all the staff, the only redeemable is the deputy manager who, apparently, is the only one who knows about customer service and how to politely address a person. The advisor was more interested in his computer than in listening to us and the Manager arrived with a disastrous and despotic attitude without even asking about the situation, simply refusing to help. When we told him that we wanted to file a complaint, he just said “as you like” and without further ado he turned around and left.

I went in to apply for a credit card, the branch is not nice at all, it looks like they got their furniture from a thrift store. The customer service was really bad, no one greets you when you arrive so you just have to walk up to one of the reps desks and ask if they can help you. The rep that "helped" me seemed very annoyed at my existence and my desire to bank with them. What should have been a simple application process was instead the rep taking photocopies of my ID and telling me he would call me within 5 days after the bank researched my credit history (which no other banks in Mexico have done when I have gotten credit cards). The phone call never came, it has now been two weeks since I went to the branch. This bank has customer service that resembles that of McDonalds in the US.
