It seems more like the employees don’t want to do anything as this has been the case every time I’ve come by in the past three months. I give them two stars because their employees are at least friendlier than Banorte even when they’re giving BS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient ATM with modern facility and good signs. There are two ATM just inside a glass door. The machines use chip reading technology and offer English.
Tip: Decline the conversion rate to get the best rate if your coming from another country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dual language ATM with fairly low fees (58 pesos in 2020). Generally has no line because most tourists use the ATM closer to the Malecon. I typically come here weekly to withdraw pesos from my U.S. bank checking account. I get my pesos (converted from the dollars in my account) at the proper exchange rate for that day. Safe location.
