J	Jose Pablo Olivares A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen banco regional, a mi parecer es un buena opción para personas físicas y PYMES, el banco tiene productos competitivos y buenos como lo es la terminal punto de venta, la tarjeta de crédito a buena tasa y un seguro de casa que es atractivo. Es banco regional, en cuanto a la banca Empresarial y Corporativa es un banco que no cuenta con la infrestructuta para esto. La atención es buena y actualmente le están dando un enfoque Milenial. Good regional bank, in my opinion it is a good option for individuals and SMEs, the bank has competitive and good products such as the point of sale terminal, a good rate credit card and attractive house insurance. It is a regional bank, in terms of Business and Corporate banking it is a bank that does not have the infrastructure for this. The attention is good and they are currently giving it a Millennial focus.

Llegue primero y el ejecutivo me deja esperando por 4 horas y atiende otras personas que llegaron después de mi y activamente trata de evitar atenderme. Y el gerente no sabe que hacer, simplemente me tuve que salir sin nada, ni una disculpa. No se si sea por que yo soy extranjero pero me hicieron sentir como una molestia, tengo que estar rogando para que me atiendan. Lo mejor manera de describir mi experiencia es "humillante". No puedo creer que haya sacado cuenta en este banco. Customer service has been the most humiliating thing that has touched me so far in a bank. I arrived first and the executive leaves me waiting for 4 hours and attends other people who arrived after me and actively tries to avoid attending to me. And the manager doesn't know what to do, I just had to leave with nothing, not an apology. I don't know if it's because I'm a foreigner but they made me feel like a nuisance, I have to be begging to be treated. The best way to describe my experience is "humiliating." I can't believe I have taken account in this bank.

Para que te dé una respuesta de: No se puede, venga mañana ;) Ni me quiero imaginar el proceso para levantar una reclamación de mi dinero: “No se puede, espere otras 6 horas mañana, y le atendemos ;) “ They make you wait 4 hours. It is useless if there are 4 executives if they will tell you to wait for the boss. To give you an answer of: You can't, come tomorrow;) Nor do I want to imagine the process to raise a claim for my money: "You cannot, wait another 6 hours tomorrow, and we will attend to you;)"
L	Loisa Bartolini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre que voy hay fila, pero los cajeros se esfuerzan por atender rápidamente. Hay una cajera que si tiene cara de flojera, pero en el trato es muy amable. No hay que juzgar a la gente solo por eso -_- Whenever I go there is a line, but the cashiers strive to attend quickly.
