★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CUIDADO! La gente en caja ROBA DINERO. Al contar tu dinero ocultan el dinero y “ya contado” te dicen que esta incompleto el deposito y se quedan con 500-1000 pesos por vez. Si lo reportas, gerencia se molesta y te dicen que se cobra por revisar las cámaras, cosa que en atencion a clientes por telefono confirman que no es informacion precisa. CUIDADO
CAREFUL! Cashiers STEAL MONEY. When counting your money they hide the money and "already counted" they tell you that the deposit is incomplete and they keep 500-1000 pesos at a time. If you report it, management gets upset and they tell you that they charge to check the cameras, which in customer service by phone they confirm that it is not accurate information. CAREFUL

I can't believe they also close ATMs on holidays, if there are almost no ATMs anywhere and then you still go to the bank branch and surprise the ATM area is closed
