★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO servicio, no está el personal para atender, ninguno de los ejecutivos conocen los procedimientos bancarios, ya he ido 5 veces a hacer un tramite y no me resuelven nada, me traen vuelta y vuelta sin saber que documentos son los necesarios.
Una ejecutiva "Cecilia" muy grosera, déspota.
NO REGRESO!!!!
PESIMO service, the staff is not there to attend, none of the executives know the banking procedures, I have already gone 5 times to do a paperwork and they don't solve anything for me, they bring me back and forth without knowing what documents are necessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es muy amable, el único problema es que solo hay dos personas atendiendo, lo cual hace el servicio lento, aunque a veces hay 3 personas. No hay lugares para sentarse y descansar, porque en días concurridos puedes esperar de 20 minutos a 1 hora.
The staff is very friendly, the only problem is that there are only two people attending, which makes the service slow, although sometimes there are 3 people. There are no places to sit and rest, because on busy days you can wait 20 minutes to 1 hour.
