★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casi siempre está fluido, se tenía una área de oportunidad con la limpieza y la mejoraron. Aunque vi que varía gente tira el gel en el piso.
Hay dos cajeros y a veces esta lento creo deberían poner una caja exclusiva para muchos movimientos y así estaría más fluido de ahí en fuera todo OK.
It is almost always fluid, there was an area of opportunity with cleaning and they improved it. Although I saw that it varies, people throw the gel on the floor.
There are two ATMs and sometimes it is slow, I think they should put an exclusive box for many movements and that way it would be more fluid from there on out, everything OK.

No tienen recursos como los que tienen los jugadores grandes de la Banca (BBVA, CitiBanamex) cosas como un sistema de turnos o procesos definidos y formalidad en la atención al cliente. Es la 4ta visita a sucursal tratando de abrir una cuenta, o falla el sistema u olvidaron ingresar un dato o quedó pendiente los accesos para banca en línea. Poco a poco se avanza a la madurez.
Good human treatment in general. They do not have resources like those of the big banking players (BBVA, CitiBanamex) things like a shift system or defined processes and formality in customer service. It is the 4th visit to the branch trying to open an account, or the system fails or they forgot to enter a data or the accesses for online banking were pending. Little by little it advances to maturity.
