El personal que me atendio no pudo hacer algo tan sencillo como eso; muestra de una aptitud baja para la sucursal de este banco.
I went to ask if they could guide me to activate my mobile banking but they told me that it was not possible with the type of card I had, I investigated myself and it turned out that it was possible. The staff who attended me could not do something as simple as that; shows low suitability for this bank's branch.
