What a bad service. They do not allow opening accounts if you are renting. It seems to me exaggerated to be asked for the rental agreement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que mal criterio del ejecutivo, de no aceptar un recibo electronico con candados y archivo XML como un comprobante oficial, esos son hasta fiscalmente aceptable...el no aceptarlo como comprobante de domicilio, me llevó a perder gran parte del tiempo y para que al final no pudiera realizar mi trámite
Realmente decepcionada... mejor retiré mi inversion y me fui a otro banco
What bad judgment of the executive, of not accepting an electronic receipt with padlocks and XML file as an official proof, those are even fiscally acceptable ... not accepting it as proof of address, led me to lose much of the time and so that at final I could not carry out my procedure
Really disappointed ... I better withdrew my investment and went to another bank
