Entonces ella me dijo que no podía ingresar a la sucursal por la temperatura que traía, y yo le explique pues que era por el calor que estaba haciendo Ella me dice muy grosera salga de la sucursal no lo puedo tener aquí adentro hasta que se le vaje la temperatura. Entonces yo le dije no no me voy a salir salgase usted para que vea el calor que esta haciendo Y se porto demasiado grosera queriéndome sacar y pues la verdad no me salí, hasta me dijo vallase de aquel lado que ahí si ahí sombra, total que no me salí de la sucursal Inmediatamente me volvió a tomar la temperatura y me dijo pase Por parte de la cajera no tengo queja alguna me atendió super bien Pero esta persona llamada lulú deberían de invertirle unos cuantos pesos para que sepa cómo atender a los clientes Muchas gracias por su atención Saludos cordiales. Un tramite para una señora de la tercera edad 30min, porque ni el ejecutivo ni la cajera sabian de bien a bien como hacer el tramite. En vez, de hacer todo en escritorio, para pasar el tramite, todo se hizo en ventanilla. Y la fila hasta afuera de la sucursal, muchos clientes de plano se fueron. Cuando llegue no habia nadie en la fila de cajas, era el unico antes de la Sra. Cuanto tiempo antes estuvo parada la Sra. En la ventanilla esperando hacer todo el tramite?? Y todos los ejecutivos y gerentes sentados, viendo y no hacian nada. El colmo... Terrible service in this branch, a single ATM, to serve the entire branch.
