★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una verdadera mentira lo de digitalizar tu Huella para ganar un viaje, al final te dicen que no se puede y solo te hacen perder el tiempo, te recaban datos y no se sabe si haran mal uso de ellos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. 2 años tramitando un cambio de correo electrónico en la cuenta, y cuando está por resolverse algo pasa y se queda inconcluso, el gerente no resuelve nada, nunca toman las llamadas, no responden los correos electrónicos, esta situación ya me genero un gran problema y tengo mi dinero retenido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ solicité la tarjeta banregio platino, se tardaron dos semanas en decirme que no me la podían dar (aún teniendo los requisitos) y me hicieron llegar una tarjeta a mi casa de otro producto que no quiero (aún cuando les dije que no la quería).
pésimo servicio!!!
I applied for the platinum banregio card, it took them two weeks to tell me that they couldn't give it to me (even though I had the requirements) and they sent me a card to my house for another product that I don't want (even when I told them I didn't want it).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es muy buena por parte de los ejecutivos. Nunca hay enormes filas y el lugar es agradable mientras esperas solo qué hay pocos lugares para sentarse.
Hay orden sin tener que tener los típicos papelitos de turnos y sus productos son muy buenos.
Ejemplo para todos los bancos: hay un despachador de gel anti acuerdo al en el cajero automático. Todos los bancos deberían :)
The attention is very good from the executives. There are never huge lines and the place is nice while you wait just that there are few places to sit.
There is order without having to have the typical shift papers and their products are very good.
Example for all banks: there is an anti-accord gel dispenser in the ATM. All banks should :)
