★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El Guardia muy formal y atento, las cajeras eficientes. Pero servicio al cliente, es una mentada de.... Ejecutivos, junto con su gerente y subgerente, PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN!!!! Ya nada más escuchan que vas por un crédito y se hacen bola en el escritorio peleando por atender.
Deprimente!
The very formal and attentive Guard, efficient cashiers. But customer service, is a mention of .... Executives, along with their manager and assistant manager, BAD ATTENTION !!!! They just hear that you are going for a loan and they make a ball on the desk fighting to attend.
Depressing!

Banregio for me you are the pioneers in customer service but of the 2 existing branches in Chihuahua, not having a deposit service is such a big disappointment.
