Also, Diego made a lot of mistakes when registering my account, and when I demanded to cancel the insurance and return the money, he refused, I had to call support and spend an hour on the line. After that, Diego lied to my face that he destroyed the papers with my signature about insurance, but this turned out to be not true. I was waiting for the manager Edgar, he came, but did not understand, went to the meeting. Every word Diego said was a lie. I highly recommend not to cooperate with this bank, especially if you are a foreigner.
