A bad deal with these personnel does not serve for customer service. A staff with bad manners and being from the welfare bank with that type of people put the bank in bad shape ... They should change their branch ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayer fui testigo de unmaltrato por parte de su personal, no tienen forma de tratar a la gente Un señor barbon que se encontraba atendiendo ayer 25 de enero 2022, en la sucursal de Tehuacán Puebla. le negó apoyo a un señor de la tercera edad argumentando que no lo podía apoyar que el se fuera de ahí porque ya tenía tarjeta. Su manera es déspota, despectiva, y es poco tolerable, ojalá y pudiera poner a personas que de verdad tienen gusto por la atención a cliente, y no por personas mal encaradas con poca amabilidad y cero ganas de realizar su trabajo.
Yesterday I witnessed mistreatment by their staff, they have no way of treating people A bearded gentleman who was attending yesterday, January 25, 2022, at the Tehuacán Puebla branch. He denied support to an elderly man arguing that he could not support him to leave because he already had a card. His manner is despotic, contemptuous, and not very tolerable, I wish I could put people who really like customer service, and not bad-mouthed people with little kindness and zero desire to do their job.
